To register, simply complete the Registration Form (Stage 1) then once you have submitted your details, proceed to Stage 2 where you can select the option that best suits you and make a secure payment with your credit card through our Sagepay system.

STAGE 1 – REGISTRATION FORM
IoTSF training course cancellations received within 7 days of registration may be eligible to receive a full refund less £50 administration fee. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a full refund (less administration fee) but may transfer their place to a colleague or change booking to an alternative course date if notified within 1 week of the course start date.
Cancellation Notice Period Charges
14 days or less – 90% payable
15-28 days – 80% payable
28-60 days – 75% payable
More than 60 days – 40% payable
Transfers or booking changes may also be subject to a £50 administration fee. Cancellations will be accepted via phone or e-mail, and must be received and acknowledged by the stated cancellation deadlines above. All refund requests must be made by the attendee.
